My friend as a new user for Public mobile. She used my referral to open account. BUT ,one month past and I didn't see in my reward yet.

The $10 referral credit should only take up to 72 hours to to be added into her account. Also you should have gotten a message from PM indicating "Cha-Ching! You just added to your Refer a Friend Reward. Keep referring to earn more. Your 1 point/month will be at at your renewal date.

The referral code is a mix of 6 letters and numbers and not your PIN.

No worries, she will need to contact by dm a CS_Agent indicating it was a mistake.

This happened to me then after about a week it showed up in my account. Maybe check the rewards tab on the app

Your friend needs to open a ticket, and an agent can check if the code was applied during activation. They will need your referral code, phone number, and your name.

Why would a customer support agent need the name and phone number of the referrer? This defeats the entire purpose of the referral code. It is entirely possbile to refer a co-worker/acquaintance/classmate without knowing the two people involved knowing each other's last name or the phone number. Customer support agents should not and do not need to ask for this information.
