      <title>Double charge</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I ran out of data on the 6 or 7th of July, and my subscription was supposed to renew on the 11th, but I decided to renew it ahead on the 8th cause i needed data, but the plan was not renewed, and I was charged again on the 11th. I had some money in funds, and that's what was taken on the 11th. How do I file for a refund or not have to pay again in August?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/565989"&gt;@Aishat1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PM is on a 30 days cycle and you can add extra funds into your account but you can’t use it to renew on earlier date.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The extra funds will remain in your account as credit towards your payment on your renewal date.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Login to your account and go to the Payment tab&amp;gt;View History Payment. It should indicate the amount of the Automatic Top amount (paid amount) and below the Available Funds (credit available for next month’s payment).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If available funds is showing $0 then you can contact a CS_Agent to investigate.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_self"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
