    <description>&lt;P&gt;You can try to click Didn't receive code or Resend code,&amp;nbsp; and choose Send email to receive the code via email&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or you can choose Send Voice message, then call yourself from another phone to retrieve the code via voicemail&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you can login, you can change sim card number from Profile page&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or if you need PM to help, message them.&amp;nbsp; Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket.
