my subscription just renewed on July 10 and I would like to upgrade my subscription,

do I need to pay in full for the new subscription or can I get pro-rated for the new one,

please advise?

hi @Ri_ya

no pro-rated here. So, don't try to change the plan now or you will lose money

but you can schedule a plan change, just use Change on Renewal option.

Even if the data you have in this cycle won't be enough till the next renewal, wait till you really out of data, then use Change Now to make plan change at that point

my husband just renewed his plan and got $15 plan and that plan is not available to me ,

is there any option to get the same plan ?

Customers can only choose from plans that are offered from within the Public Mobile self serve account. Not all customers have the same plans available.

i think your husband's current plan is $15 or $13, that's why he has access to that plan

if your plan is over $15, there is really no way to get that $15 plan. PM support won't help with changing plan that is not offered on your profile, too.
