      <description>&lt;P&gt;Down loaded public app on phone. Entered Sim Card #. Goes through processing then gives message “activation failed” contact current provider…&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I did not have any issue transferring my account from same provider.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
