I am currently a Koodo member&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have their sim in my phone now.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I want to Port my number to an e-sim.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I heard there were steps forr Koodo users.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have only registered an account on public mobile so far&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/566943"&gt;@Slebail&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;do you have Koodo Prepaid or Postpaid?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;first, make sure your Koodo account is still active&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if Koodo Postpaid, just download the app, activate, and request porting after payment.&amp;nbsp; Koodo will send you a text to your Koodo sim card and you need to reply Yes within 90 mins&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But if you have Koodo Prepaid, still download the app, activate, but at the phone number step, choose a new number first and activate with a new phone number.&amp;nbsp; After activation is completed and the line works, open a ticket with PM support and ask them to manually bring the line over&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
