    <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/566914"&gt;@K-13&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;what phone do you have?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;is it just voice issue or data is bad too?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if it is just voice, it could be something to do with PM's system change on 3G network and your phone is not capable of using VoLTE on PM's network.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My cell signal has been awful lately. I live at the south end of Georgian Bay. I can text but having conversations has been awful. Thankfully I still have a landline but my cell phone is my work number. Anyone else having issues?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
