So I just signed up for a public mobile plan and I think I got the wrong plan...

I signed up for the 90 day 3gb plan (+callling/text) thinking it was 3gb per month when it I believe it means 3gb for the whole 90 days. I average 2gb/month in data usually.

Am I still able to switch plans or do I need to wait the 90 days before being able to?

If not, it looks like I will need to keep buying the +1 gb add on for $30 until the 90 days is complete?

Thanks for your help

You may have to wait / buy the data add-on / renew your plan early (if you do the math, you could calculate the most efficient way / lowest cost) but it couldn't hurt to send a message to the moderators asap and see if they can help @CS_Agent

If your estimation of 2gb used per month, you should run out of data half way, meaning you would need 3 x 2gb for $30 each totaling $90+tax, would it be more efficient at that point to "renew" your new plan half way, $90 vs 1/2 of what you paid for the entire time, but it really dependns on what you got, what you are going to get and how much data you will actually use.

I am not sure if you "just" bought it, and have not used any if they are able to do anything for you as this is a pre-paid service rules can be different. Regarding plans they usually give a date time/air time / text message refund policy if you are within a certain limitation. Talk to the @CS_Agent and let us know how it goes. Definitly worth trying.

If you just signed up they will very likely be able to fix your plan for you but you might need to top up your account with funds for them to do so.
