      <description>&lt;P&gt;can you login My Account?&amp;nbsp; does it show account active?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;did you try Reset Network Settings on your phone? and you tried your sim card on another phone?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you can login My Account, then open ticket with PM and ask for help.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Simply&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. I’ve opened multiple tickets over the last 3 days and no response. I just want a live person to help me&lt;/P&gt;</description>
