If you did, you account should be closed and not charged after porting was completed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you picked a new number then your PM is still active unless you disable the Subscribe button in your account and after 90 days. Your account will be closed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Click on the Chat icon and type in Submit a Ticket and an agent will investigate.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;You just need to open ticket with PM and they can refund and make sure the system stop charging again&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket.
