      <title>Unable to access eversafe login</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I signed up with public mobile in June and transferred my phone number over from ChatR. When I signed up I used my previous email address and created a random password using my passwords app. Unfortunately I had recently changed my phone number before porting it over and forgot to update it for my 2FA on my outlook. I got a new phone and have been locked out of all my old accounts as I cannot receive any 2FA codes . I don’t know the password for my previous public mobile account and have created a new one and am trying to switch my phone number over to this account so I can manage my plan online , and if ever needed update any info&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/557324"&gt;@TTamico&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It looks like that you are unable to receive 2FA texts or email to access your self service account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then you will need to private message customer service agent. &amp;nbsp;They can help but will take 1-3 hours to respond and will ask some security questions to verify ownership of account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Send a ticket via the chatbot to customer service agent (CSA) via link:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
