      <title>Phone call ended immediately</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;when my phone is called, it rings and displays the associated on-screen prompt to answer/decline the call, but when I answer it, the call immediately ends. I tried everything except for the factory reset but none worked. Any suggestions? Thanks.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Reboot the phone first and click Reset Network Settings&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also test the sim card on another phone&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can also ask PM to re-provision your sim&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.)
