      <description>&lt;P&gt;My bank got me to cancel my credit cards due to fraud. New credit cards should come by July 16th. How do I notify public Mobile of this because they're asking for a payment today of July 12th.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

This way it comes off your "available funds" vs your card.
