You need a new sim to start a new account and you gotta use a different email address too.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;added...dial 611 using your cell to hear status of the account. If you have no account, then you'll need to start over with a new sim. (but esim is free for new activations)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
