    <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/518390"&gt;@Lcamdang86&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you can only do that if your phone number is not tie with another EverSafe/PM account&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;since you can get the code via email, you don't need PM support agent to help.&amp;nbsp; You can make the change yourself.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;just login My Account, yes, get the code via email, then go to Profile-Manage EverSafe ID and update the phone number there&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had complications with my account. Ling story short the mfa code gets sent to my mom's number instead of mine so I always request for the code to be emailed. How can I get the code to be sent to my phone?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Profile page in the eversafe section you can update the number to get the 2FA code to be sent to your phone .
