      <title>USA calling is not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just landed in Seattle, in the US for the first time since I've had public mobile. I am paying for Canada-US-Mexico coverage and I cannot get any connection here at all. I tried to call my family to pick me up and the call didn't connect, it didn't go through. Even the text to my (Canada) phone number now that I am in the US didn't go through. I had to use WhatsApp to call for the ride and it looks like I will have no phone ability outside of WhatsApp while I am in the US. What is wrong? How can this be fixed? I am paying for US coverage and I have none and really need it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/557264"&gt;@BarbaraEliza&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;what phone do you have?&amp;nbsp; it could be related with your phone is not on PM's VoLTE whitelist and US no longer has 3G network&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;this is the VoLTE whitelist, only phones there (or the newer generation) will have VoLTE&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/volte" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/volte&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;or you can try the different US network as well.&amp;nbsp; Try manually connect to each of the network and test: TMobile, AT&amp;amp;T and Verizon&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
