I went to purchase esim and I did not get an email with a QR code. I can't bypass the connect to mobile network on my new Samsung phone. Can an email be sent to me with a qr code please.&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;I can't install the public mobile on the new phone cause it won't let me bypass the mobile network setup&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/290007"&gt;@gbranscombe1963&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;that is the trouble for Samsung new phone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;what you need to do is to activate the Samsung phone with a physical sim.&amp;nbsp; You can use a friend/family sim card to do so.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can just put the friend/family sim card into the phone, and run the Samsung setup and phone migration.&amp;nbsp; Once all setup.&amp;nbsp; Remove the physical sim card.&amp;nbsp; Use Wifi to go to App store and download PM app, login and then go to &lt;STRONG&gt;Profile &amp;gt; Purchase sim card &amp;gt; eSIM&lt;/STRONG&gt; and follow the instructions&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/290007"&gt;@gbranscombe1963&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;no, it won't affect them.&amp;nbsp; Beauty for physical sim is that it can easily be used with any phone, good for troubleshooting.&amp;nbsp; To your phone, it is no effect on their sim card and card&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And it won't affect your phone, too. Only thing is that after you used your friend sim card, and then installed the PM esim, it will need to do one more reboot.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
