While I am able to receive calls and texts, I am unable to make outgoing calls or send text messages. Could you please advise me on how to resolve this issue ASAP?

Hi, I tried reset networking settings and rebooted the phone, but still have the same problem.

@sophia77 which phone do you have?

Also if you have a physical SIM card, putting it in another phone and test.
