    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm having an issue with my Public Mobile line. I'm unable to make calls or send messages, and I’m receiving a “Not registered on network” message on my phone.&amp;nbsp;I’ve already tried restarting the phone and removing and reinserting the SIM card, but the problem persists.&amp;nbsp;Could you please help me check if there’s any issue with my account or the activation of my SIM card?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;try your sim card on another phone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;or if that does not work , still see Not registered, ask PM to reprovision the sim.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right.
