Hey I’m looking for help with my account, I can’t confirm my identity when they send me a code to my phone number, it’s the correct number but I still can’t get a code and therefore can’t login to my account, can you please help.

Under where you enter the code you should see did not get code. Click in it and get code sent to your email

Y’a I tried that but it just gives me the option of getting a voice message

I'm guessing that didn't work for you either? Then you will need to open a ticket using the orange text bubble on the bottom right or use the link below to contact PM for help
