how can I change my subscription to 1gb which is cost 19.99 cad i couldnt see it in the app but my husband use it in his phone

if you don't see it on the Change Subscription on your My Account, then the plan is not offered for you , you really cannot change to it. Sorry

you can only change to plans that are available when you log in to your account as not all customers can get same plans. If you have a more costly plan that $19, chances are you can't downgrade...only upgrade.
