I ordered my sim on Nov 7th.
I just hope it gets here soon so I can take advantage of this great promo deal.
My question are there any retail stores that carry Public Mobile sims that I can just walk in and purchase?

Hello! @jgorman unfortunatly no physical stores, part of what allows PM to provide these great rates.

Hopefully you should receive it soon, today or tomorrow, usually 1-2 business days, maybe a little longer in this high volume period.

PM ships Canada Post Priority and is usually 2-3 days to major city centres.
