I received my new sim card so what are my steps to get set up on Mobile. I downloaded an esim yesterday on a different phone which I am not going to use. I will put this new sim card in the phone I am using now but do I put it in before I start setup. Public took my first payment already and I do want to keep my existing number.

@Warrsher download the PM app to the phone you wish to use going forward and then follow the steps for subscription. you will have the opportunity to port your number in from the current provider. If you have a PM account already, you can insert the sim into the new phone and update your sim # in the my account / my profile section. hope this helps

if your current esim works, then you just need to login My Account, get the 2FA code via sms , go to Profile page and then update the sim card number there

or if the esim does not work or you cannot login, ask PM to help to update the sim card number

Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here:
       https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

CS_Agent will reply to your community inbox between 9AM-10PM EST (Mon-Sun), check here:
      https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage

Login to your account and go to Accounts tab>Change Your SIM card then enter the SIM number.

Then put in the new SIM in the new phone and reboot the phone by powering off then back on.
