      <description>&lt;P&gt;I placed an order two weeks ago, and haven't yet received a SIM! I'm going to buy another SIM from a different service provider. I find PM not only unacceptably late, but also the MOST complicated service provider to access customer support! This is ridiculous and I'm super frustrated! How can I cancel the order and get my refund?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

May i suggest buying one from Amazon for $4.99-$5.00. Quick shipping to most major areas and often with tracking. Once the set up is complete, youll find that PM Customer Service (mainly from this community) is top notch&lt;/P&gt;</description>
