      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you remove your previous SIM card from your phone? Check to make sure that the Public Mobile SIM is showing as primary in the sim manager ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
