      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/565252"&gt;@Tanroy&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you can port out your number, activate new account with the new carrier and give them your PM account number to arrange port out&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you don't need to port out, just login My Account, go to Payment, click Manage Subscription and then disable Subscribed there&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you port your PM number to another mobile company, it automatically closes your PM account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. In your self service account, unsubscribe from your prescription. &amp;nbsp;Then at your next renewal date, your account will be suspended. &amp;nbsp;After 90 days of suspension, your account will be premanently closed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="Dunkman_0-1696865239828.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/95582i7F5566E3E83737AC/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="Dunkman_0-1696865239828.png" alt="Dunkman_0-1696865239828.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
