      <description>&lt;P&gt;I purchased 1 gb internet with my reward points&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I received the confirmation email and it shows on my profile that I have 1gb unused&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and yet I don’t have internet when I want to use phone data as usual&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you try rebooting your phone (turn it off, wait a bit, turn it on)?&lt;BR /&gt;If your account says you have 1GB data then it has to work. Most likely your phone has to catch up with web site to realize you have data.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
