      <description>&lt;P&gt;More information would be helpful, like how you lost the account, if you have not paid and let the account suspended for over 90 days&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Call 1855-4PUBLIC and enter the phone number, if the system finds your account, then it is not closed yet&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or ask PM directly. Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket.
