      <description>&lt;P&gt;When I log in it goes to a page that says "let's activate your account" I did start a new subscription but as soon as I paid they locked the account and removed all of my settings. I can not activate anything to cancel this transaction because I can't access any information in my account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
