I want to activate a second PM sim card and aside using a referral code. I was wondering if there are any discount /promo codes available on activation at the moment.

Only referral code is available for a discount. Never seen a promo code since I have been with PM.

The other discount is when you have 15 points to redeem for a $15 credit off your bill based on 5% of your monthly bill or 10 points for every year you are with PM.

I do not recall seeing 'promo codes' for new activations ever.

Only bonus you can get is through referral code for new activation. And if you are lucky to come across plan with a great rate/features for new subscribers.
