Alternatively, you can also do a network reset, but that'll erase all passwords you have stored.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/564945"&gt;@cdklwong-didier&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;first, Reset network settings.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then go to Google Message app info,&amp;nbsp; clear cache and clear data&amp;nbsp; (backup important messages first).&amp;nbsp; Then try&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if that does not work, uninstall Google Message (it won't fully uninstall, it will simply uninstall the update and leave it with the version it came with the phone originally).&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; Then reboot phone, go back to Play store to update the Google Message.&amp;nbsp; With that, the Google Message with re-register RCS and it will resolve your problem&lt;/P&gt;</description>
