      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My phone has stopped calling /receiving calls.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am still getting messages.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My plan is active and I am able to use this SIM from another phone to make calls.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/564519"&gt;@RBH-kid&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A02S is not a model on PM's VoLTE whitelist.&amp;nbsp; With PM reframing the 3G-850Mhz, only 3G-1900Mhz will be available to be used for voice or VoLTE.&amp;nbsp; However, your phone does not have 3G-1900 and PM does not allow your phone to be used on VoLTE.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You don't need to try to turn VoLTE on either, PM hides the toggle and you won't be able to turn it on yourself&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So, you really need a compatible phone.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Other carriers are getting rid of 3G too, so, you will have the same issue with other carriers with this phone&lt;/P&gt;</description>
