    <description>&lt;P&gt;An eSIM can only be purchased from the online account, and if the SIM card is inactive, I assume you don’t have access to the account. The only option is a new physical SIM card.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/564754"&gt;@Royhhhhhh&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;there is actually a quicker method to get the login to My Account, and without to submit ticket.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you have the voicemail pin, just click Didn't Receive Code or Resend code when you are at the 2FA step.&amp;nbsp; Then select Send voice message.&amp;nbsp; Then you can simply call yourself from another phone and enter * to access voicemail and enter your voicemail pin to get the 2FA code to login My Account&lt;/P&gt;</description>
