      <description>&lt;P&gt;I’m using an iPhone 14 Pro Max on iOS 18.5. I recently switched to Public Mobile. I can send regular texts and use data, but I can’t send MMS (pictures). I get a message saying I need to enable MMS, but it’s already turned on in my settings.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I followed support instructions, but &lt;STRONG&gt;APN settings are not visible or editable on my iPhone&lt;/STRONG&gt;, so I can’t verify or change them myself.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How do I confirm that MMS is provisioned on my account and push the correct APN/carrier settings to my device?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/564675"&gt;@ingkan&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;iPhone does not really need to tweak APN, everything is on the Carrier Profile.&amp;nbsp; Make sure you update the Carrier Profile first.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then go to Settings and remove the phone number.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Then Reset Network Settings&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Reboot the phone, and go back to Settings to enter your phone number back to re-register your phone number&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now, you can text both iMessage and MMS.&amp;nbsp; Make sure mobile data is turned on for MMS to work&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if iMessage works but not MMS, then ask PM to reprovision the account.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Simply&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Update!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for all the suggestions, everyone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The automated help was suggesting solutions that were either not available to me (APN), or that did not result in fixing the problem(s).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I finally was able to submit a support ticket and then received a call from a very helpful gentleman from PM who was able to make the necessary changes on their end, and all appears to be working great now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;He also confirmed that the chat help is A.I… hence the going around in circles.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
