      <description>&lt;P&gt;the reduced speed is meant to be for basic internet service.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;video will be ok but you might see some buffering and you might not be able to stand it to much&lt;/P&gt;</description>
