I understand wanting a refund for the second one.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In any case, you'll need to log a ticket for Public Mobile staff to consider your request.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello I sent a text about a week ago requesting a gig of data but it didn't send so I sent another text and it did send. The text sent just now charging me for two gigs of data when I had never even sent any text requesting the second gig so I have no idea why I was charged for that one as well. I would like a refund for both asap please. Thank you for your time&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;What were the 2 add ons that you didn't request?&amp;nbsp; are they data addon? sometimes, when you are low with data, PM will send text and you just need to reply Yes to add them.&amp;nbsp; It happens a lot with phones that used by family members, they reply yes but the account owners (the one who paid) were aware of it&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you want to dispute the charge , ask PM.&amp;nbsp;Simply&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right.
