Hi I’m in Canada and trying to make a phone call to Mexico. I have a Canadian US and Mexican plan. It’s says “this is Public mobile here sorry your call cannot be completed as dail” please check the number and try again”. I know I have the correct number. What do I need to do for me to call Mexico?

Try both of the dialing formats:

+52 followed by the rest of the number

and

01152 followed by the rest of the number
