I just changed to the 15$/500MB plan today, from the legacy 15$ plan. Today was the first active day of the new plan, but the internet connection is now lost. Any internet activity (browsing etc.) still works fine when connected on wifi, but not on 4G/5G. This is on an Android phone...just says "no internet connection" though I have voice and remain normally connected to the carrier network. Internet/data worked fine on the old plan (as of a couple of days ago). I should have 500MB on this new plan, plus I still have a substantial amount (couple GB worth) of extra data plans' worth still on my account. It seems perhaps clearly enough to be related to this specific plan change as of today. Any ideas/suggestions please? Is this a known issue in some way?

Also, you can reset your Network Settings on your phone and then reboot. This reconnects to the Public Mobile network itself.

Well. I guess I shouldn't be surprised by the voodoo expertise on this forum (ran into something not too different with my old iphone here), but...reboot seems to have worked. Mind you that was the first thing I tried of course, hours ago...was trying to figure this out on my own since morning before posting just now. But reboot before didn't take or work. And...maybe nothing but slight odd thing, my little upper-right connection icon on Android was showing a "4G" before, now after this working reboot, it's showing "5G". Anyway the problem seems resolved with this last reboot, this community's ability/talent seems to remain intact, to my great gratitude. Many thanks and sorry for what must seem like a non-issue (though frustrating me all morning). 🙂
