    <description>&lt;P&gt;first, what phone do you have?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;check Reset network settings first.&amp;nbsp; If that does not work, change the network mode to 3G on your phone and test incoming calls and see if it works.&amp;nbsp; It could be that your phone can only use 3G for voice calls in your area (due to some network change) and if that is the case, you could be in a weak 3G area.&amp;nbsp; When you are in a weak 3G area, your phone might not switch to 3G quick enough for calls.&amp;nbsp; You don't see this issue with outgoing as it usually gives the phone more time to switch and connect to 3G for outgoing calls&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Be sure to save passwords first.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Go to Settings &amp;gt; General &amp;gt; Reset &amp;gt; Reset Network Settings.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
