Also, because you were on Rogers, I'd suggest going into your Settings and clear your network settings and reboot.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you get the text from Rogers requesting porting? Did you say yes within 90 minutes?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;What phone is that? It could be an incompatibility issue.&amp;nbsp; Tell us the phone model and we can check&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But try&amp;nbsp; Reset Network Settings.&amp;nbsp; It is usually good to do that when you switch provider&lt;/P&gt;</description>
