512kbps. Not bad speed with unlimited, others are worse

I would strongly advise that you look at your plan to confirm you actually have unlimited data usage after the allotted data is used up. Not all plans have unlimited 512kbps after primary usage is used. Log into your account and check here.

hi @Woody_Mody007 I got over once for couple hours, I purposely used up and test. My experience was ok given that it was only 512kbps

what were you trying to do? just download email? light web browsing?

make sure you disable Data limit

try speed test and send the results on screenshots to PM support agent for help

Which plan do you have? Not all plans include unlimited data.

The throttled unlimited data speeds is usually mean to do basic tasks like checking email, sending text messages like Message (apple) or RCS (android). Not streaming, google maps, etc. Many complaints online for different mobile companies about these unlimited throttled data speeds.

Other factors include your location, distance from the nearest cell phone tower, model of phone, etc.
