You’ll need to port out to a different provider as Public Mobile won’t allow anyone to downgrade to a $19 entry level plan

Downgrades are sometimes possible from expensive to moderate rate plans ($39 to $27 in my case) but virtually impossible to anything less than $20 anymore

I can't find a way to downgrade my plan. I have been on the $26 plan for 3 months now and only use a tiny fractino of the available data available, and even if I was on the cheapest $19, it would still be <10% for my most active month. How can I downgrade? If it's not possible I will obviously just transfer to another provider; Surely Public Mobile wouldn't want this? Is there a way for me to contact them without the useless AI chatbot?

Thanks in advance,

Ash

Unless you receive an SMS from Public Mobile, or an offer on the website / app within My Account, there is no way to do it.

If you have a $26 plan now...there likely isn't going to be options to lower your plan.

added...I've even asked Customer Support for cheaper plan for myself but no help.

What is the cheapest plan on that list?
