Go to My Account using Incognit/private/secret mode, confirm if account is suspended and not renewaed.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Then go to Profile page to&amp;nbsp; Report Lost/Stolen phone to&amp;nbsp; suspend the service first.
