Cannot upload photo through what app today for some reason

I have J3 galaxy prime samsung phone and have been using what app for many years.

For some reason today I cannot upload any photos . The round circle keeps turning inside green icon but seems to not complete upload. I have tried shutting down power and re-start and also changed battery. Still same issue,..seems to stall. Also tried it in store with 5 G wifi fi and same issue.

I can still receive photo on what up so why can't I send any. I can also still send text messages on what app. Same issue to stall sending photo on the phone messages app. Please help quickly. Many thanks in advance.

is this for MMS upload?

try update the APN settings:

APN: sp.mb.com

MCC: 302

APN Type: default,supl,mms
