I have added the 15 day voice roaming plan while in the USA . I can call outbound but I cannot receive calls. When I crossed the border I received a text from “previous carrier”. I then turned down that Sim. My data, text, and outbound voice work. Any ideas about my inbound voice?

Go into your Settings, Carrier and turn off automatic. You can pick T-Mobile and then exit out of there. Because you only picked a Voice roaming plan, you may not get iMessages and they require data. You may need to go into your settings and change it to SMS instead while you're in the US. Then reboot your phone.

Time out. You already have the Canada US Mexico sub? You don't need to purchase an addon. When you get back to Canada, you can reach out to a CS agent and ask it be credited back to your account.

Side note, go into your Settings and turn on data roaming too. Then reboot. This way data will work along with iMessages and FaceTime and such.

If T-Mobile isn't working as well in certain areas, you can always go back into settings and switch it to Verizon or ATT. See which works best in the area you're in.

Yes - thanks for the time out, lol; I'm glad to know that the sub *does* include US roaming. I just needed the voice to work. I contacted CS Agent and he indicated that my phone number was not fully ported! He's re-porting the number now. Fingers crossed.
