Hi. Not new at all & not sure why it wouldn’t let me on here without registering for a new account. ( I was Peppertime before. Now I’m Peppertime2 ). 🤪

Here’s my question:
Can someone tell me if I can use a prepaid visa gift card to make a pmt on my public mobile account??

@Peppertime2 From what I understand ad some pre paid visa can work but if not you can buy payment voucher with it from shoppers drug mart and then load the funds *611 .
as for old user ID you can ask support to help you get old user ID back usually easy fix for them

yes, Prepaid credit card will work

and for your name, there is a chance PM able to give you back the old name. Ask them. Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

thank you so much.! I tried submitting a ticket. Wouldn’t go. Tried to chat n the bot wasn’t answering my question. Tried rephrasing. Then it said “it doesn’t mention gift cards “. That really wasn’t a yes or no or an explanation . So I appreciate your answer n I’ll try the 1st solution If it doesn’t work I’ll try the second! 😊 tyvm. …Appreciated!

Typing "start ticket" works in the chatbot.
