You could just setup the account on you phone to get her phone working once setup it should work on just about any phone as long as it has the right frequencies to work on pm network. Best to try your sim in her phone first to make sure it works.

Just noticed you wanted an esim not sure if this will work as i don't have one so never tried.

My mum is visiting from Australia. I wanted to get her connected to public mobile with an esim but can't download the app since she is on the Australian app store. Is there anyway for me to get a refund of the fee I paid or to get it transferred as a credit to my account.

Don't you have to use tge app on tge phone that has the eSIM?

@Brobean

On Moms phone or other device. Assuming is an iPhone. Set up a Canadian Apple account. All you need is a different email address. Then login to the new account, do your business then sign back onto the Australian account.

EDIT…. LOGOFF THE AUSTRALIAN ACCOUNT FIRST. Or login your account on her phone and download app.
