      <description>&lt;P&gt;asked support and when I can get access to my tickets without receiving errors, support says I should buy a new phone. My wife has the same phone and PM plan, same location same variety of cell bands tested, her's works my does not. Facepalming here. Do better&lt;/P&gt;</description>
