      <description>&lt;P&gt;So my samsung galaxy A15 5g is supposed to be 5g i do have a 5g plan issues with calling out&amp;nbsp; all of a sudden and cant cant add apn for public mobile only says mobile internet when i try to add a new apn it wont save even contacted support and no help&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/562505"&gt;@Cora3&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;do you only have trouble with calling?&amp;nbsp; If it is calling, it has nothing to do with APN.&amp;nbsp; So, make sure your phone connects to PM network and data works&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you also said problem with calling out, how about inbound calls? you receive them?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try Reset network settings and see if it works&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;yesterday it showed 5g then today no 5g&amp;nbsp; just lte 3g tried several times to make out calls my phone kept hanging up before even ringing i already factory reset the phone bought it off Amazon trying to add apn for public mobile it wont save&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;i have two phones both 5g, when i make calls on the umidigi it drops to 4g but data shows 5g&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the samsung galaxy A15 5g started acting up today where i couldnt make any calls and it will only show hd 3g so i factory reset it after getting mad enough, but i could make a call and accept a call on my umidigi, i cant add a correct apn on my samsung it wont save&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/562505"&gt;@Cora3&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it is just call related&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it could be related with the fact that your phone is not on PM's VoLTE whitelist&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Telus is refarming all of their 850 to 10 MHz LTE B5 in their markets, mainly BC, AB, Windsor, Ottawa, GTA area Montreal, Quebec City.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Bell has not done this, so it won't affect area that has Bell networks which Telus/PM use&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/get-help/articles/850-turndown" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/get-help/articles/850-turndown&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can confirmed with PM support if your phone is impacted, likely it is&lt;/P&gt;</description>
