How often are you checking your account for referrals?

Since I no longer get the "Chick Ching" text messages on my phone, I now have to rely on my account referral page. Yesterday when I logged in, it stated I had 4 in June and 7 in July. Granted it's only June 30th, there seems to be a bug in the system. My thoughts are that there were 11 referrals in June so far. Now, after logging in this morning, 7 referrals disappeared. Here are my screenshots. Has this happened to anyone else? I have created a ticket to investigate but have to ask the community if they are dealing with this. Some also say they no longer get the chick ching text messages either.

Just an update. PM has escalated this. And to add to this, I'm now hearing from CS that I actually have 13 referrals for this 30 day period so far. So not only am I not getting chick ching text messages, the online stats are also incorrect. I'm hoping this is only happening to me. Stay tuned.....

I don't see this as a bug. The system isn't showing the number of referrals per renewal. It's showing the number of referral points granted during the calendar month. There can be more than one renewal in a calendar month.

Because you already had your Jun renewal, since your Jun renewal to today, you have 4 new referrals. It shows in July because your July rewards will have 4 "extra" referrals

yes, you see it drops from 7 to 4. That means since your June renewal, you had 7 new one but as of this morning 3 of them left (probably got a Winback offer and left) and you only left with 4 new referrals (again, to be clear it is 4 new/extra on top of what you have)

HI @Chalupa_Batman i am confused with when the new month come into the chart either

as of Cha ching text, it has been a long discussion that it is not a reliable indicator

the new month will start showing after the renewal. i,e, if your renewal is on June 10, the July will shows after Jun 10
